We’ve long been firm fans of British TV Chefs Tom and Henry Herbert (The Fabulous Baker Brothers). Not only are they funny, lovely to look at and very good at baking (ticking all boxes, obviously) but they were early supporters of Kodomo.com so definite love going out there.
Today, we’ve even more reason to adore this delicious duo who are bringing food and families together with BBQ inspiration from October 2017 to April 2018 at the Four Seasons Fairways in Quinta de Lago on the Algarve in Portugal.
Barbeques don’t have to be a summertime ritual and the Four Seasons Fairways believe that a good BBQ can bring families together at any time of the year. To celebrate its love of families and al fresco cooking, Four Seasons Fairways has launched ‘WinterGrill’, a campaign to encourage not only their guests, but everyone, to fire up the coals on a more regular basis.
Along with the fantastic cooking facilities on offer in each of the 132 seriously gorgeous, family-friendly private villas on site, Four Seasons Fairways have provided a set of WinterGrill Recipe Cards with unique recipes created by the Baker Brothers themselves. To accompany these recipes, Tom and Henry have also created a set of online inspiration and tutorials showcasing the ingredients, techniques and method for each so we can all grab ideas even if we aren’t lucky to holiday in the Algarve any time soon.
In addition to the recipe cards and online tutorials, Tom and Henry will also be hosting a LIVE BBQ Masterclass and small BBQ classes at Four Seasons Fairways from 20 – 23rd February 2018. They will be demonstrating top tips and tricks for great BBQ technique and how to prepare the food properly ready for grilling. They will also be carrying out some small BBQ classes for individual groups looking to improve their skills even further. Places are limited and for guests only so book a stay now to avoid disappointment.
If this isn’t enough to get you booking a last minute trip, Fairways’ villas offer either private pools or Jacuzzis within each of its accommodation options and cater for individuals, couples or family groups.
