Chateau de Camon
Chateau de Camon is a luxurious, yet relaxed, chambre-d’hote in a fairytale castle
A converted Benedictine monastery complete with flagstones, winding stone staircases and enormous fireplaces, a stay at Chateau de Camon feels like stepping back in time. Each bedroom is totally unique and crammed with original features. Hosts Katie and Peter have young children of their own and really go the extra mile to make all their guests, no matter what their age, feel at home.
For You -
An incredible setting in a tiny mediaeval village known as “Little Carcassonne” with luxurious bedrooms and bathrooms, and a fabulous restaurant serving a fixed five-course menu. The menu changes daily, but will often include the local speciality of duck and a café gourmand style final course of three exquisite little desserts.
For Them +
The excitement of waking up in a real castle, for starters. There is a huge garden with plenty of space to run around that also houses a fantastic outdoor pool. The terraced maze-like upper garden is often a real hit with its rows of plants, creating the perfect place to play hide seek or simply get “lost.”
